Our elevators are ideal for moving bales and granular products. We have light-weight designs for portability, as well as heavier designs that boast speeds of 300 feet per minute.
Raising livestock is rewarding, but time consuming. Especially certain tasks like cleaning the manure. Our 605 Scraper Drive System makes life a little easier by removing manure in a safe, clean way – and all on its own. With little input, this equipment will remove litter and waste from buildings without disturbing your chickens, ducks, or pigs.
Our elevators are sturdy machines designed to help you efficiently move bales or corn. Powered by an electric motor, they can move up to twenty-four 48″ bales per minute. The paddles are made from 12 and 16 gauge reinforced steel to eliminate bending and are also non-tilt to keep bales from tumbling backwards even at the 50 degree maximum elevation.
We use #62 steel detachable chains that ride on wooden glides, lengthening lifetime and allowing for quieter operation. The hand crank used to raise the elevator has a built-in, self-activating friction brake assuring safer operation by eliminating the danger of the winch handle slipping out of your hand and out of control. For economical purposes, we offer a light weight chain, #55, for the shorter model.
When unloading corn you can insert extra paddles at 24″ to 48″ apart to speed unloading time. Zimmerman Elevators will design accordingly. A discharge chute which funnels corn right into your bin is also available.
